We offer two software products: Metaphor and VoiceNet.
What is Metaphor™?
Metaphor™ is a fully integrated BPM business ecosystem for creating customer-facing projects across multiple media channels and for facilitating dynamic changes to those projects without a heavy dependence on highly technical personnel. Metaphor allows people to make changes using tools that they understand and which are tuned to their business role.
Business and non-technical users can make immediate changes to projects at a level that is intuitive and relevant to them. Additionally, more technical users can make changes to those same projects within the same toolset but at the level of specificity that they require.
What is VoiceNet™?
VoiceNet™ is a contact center software suite that provides the software and hardware necessary to manage voice channels in to the enterprise. VoiceNet provides feature rich inbound, outbound, IVR and blended contact center functionality across various carrier configurations (T1, ISDN and VOIP).
VoiceNet was designed to tightly integrate with your enterprise systems (BPM, Web-Services and backend databases) in real-time.

What is Human-Centric BPM?
Traditional Business Process Management (BPM) is focused on system to system communications. Human-Centric BPM extends this focus to include people to system communications throughout the BPM lifecycle; creating, deploying and managing processes without heavy IT involvement.
Metaphor furthers Human-Centric BPM by allowing BPM processes to deliver interfaces directly to end-users, across multiple media channels (Web, Voice/IVR, Mobile) without the need to write, manage and deploy costly portals and web sites.
