Implementation

Interactive Softworks customers don’t just receive a CD and an invoice, and our consultants don’t simply install our software as yet another disconnected application in your IT landscape. We work with you every step of the way, following a proven four-step approach to implementing our software.

Ideation and Planning

These sessions include all members of the decision-making team and those that they believe need to be in the meeting to review timetable and implementation project tasks. Here is where we cover details of the implementation, implementation objectives and go-live procedures.

Implementation

Interactive Softworks’ consultants work side by side with your people as a cohesive team through all aspects of the implementation life-cycle; from development and testing  through QA, UAT and deployment in to production. This is where we troubleshoot and test the specific aspects of your use of the product to ensure that it meets your expectations.

Orientation and Knowledge Transfer

Once the software is staged for production and is running according to specifications and your expectations, we’ll work with your users and/or trainers on all aspects of the product functionality. This step focuses on how you will use the system and includes the most efficient way to configure and operate unique aspects of the software with respect to your environment.

Go Live

Interactive Softworks will be there on go-live day to address any concerns or just to monitor the early performance of the system. We don’t leave you to figure out new questions for yourself, and long after the go-live day is passed, we maintain close relationships with our customers – to provide help with strategic planning and new initiatives.
