Contact center technology provider Interactive Softworks partners with Dialogic Corp.

Partnership brings together contact center software and hardware for a comprehensive technology package

Leesburg, Va – July 6, 2007

Interactive Softworks, a provider of application integration and process management products and services, has partnered with Dialogic, a global provider of world-class products and technologies for media and signal processing. Interactive Softworks is a Dialogic Application and Channel Partner, and the two companies will work together to provide complete, integrated packages of contact center software, hardware and services.

Interactive Softworks develops a contact center management system called VoiceNetT, which offers complete inbound, outbound and blended multi-channel contact center capabilities, as well as robust routing, data management and reporting functions. The company complements its software offerings with experienced consulting on technology and business processes.

Dialogic Corporation is Interactive Softworks' exclusive partner for HMP, SIP, DM/IP and TDM media processing capabilities, which are important components of the VoiceNet contact center platform. Interactive Softworks' VoiceNet provides a full spectrum of contact center functionality, including inbound and outbound call management, predictive dialing, power dialing, sophisticated agent scripting, monitoring and reporting.
