Interactive Softworks now a Cisco Technology Development Partner

Application integration and business process specialists offer Cisco Compatible SOA and BPM solutions

Leesburg, Va – December 12, 2007

Interactive Softworks, a provider of application integration, process management and contact center technology and services, has joined the Cisco Technology Development Partner Program. Cisco is the world’s leading provider of networking products and services.

Interactive Softworks develops Metaphor BPM™, a business process management suite that lets marketers, sales staff and business analysts create and modify business processes, workflows and presentation layers using a logical, graphical interface. The company also develops a service-oriented architecture middleware platform called Interactive Server™. Both of these systems are now "Cisco Compatible" products.

In becoming a Cisco Technology Development Partner, Interactive Softworks has integrated its SOA and BPM solutions with Cisco’s Unified Contact Center Enterprise Edition. For inbound call applications, the products were combined to manage all aspects of call scripting, integration, business process workflow and presentation layer rendering.
