Interactive Softworks believes in IT empowerment. Planning

Implementation
Interactive Softworks consultants are at your facility working side by side with your people as a cohesive team, loading and configuring your purchased package of technology. This is where we troubleshoot and test the specific aspects of your use of the product to ensure that it meets your expectations.
Orientation
Once the software is loaded and running according to specifications and your expectations, we’ll work with your users and/or trainers on all aspects of the product functionality. This step focuses on how you will use the system and includes the most efficient way to configure and operate unique aspects of the software with respect to your environment.
Go Live
Interactive Softworks will be there on go-live day to address any concerns or just to monitor the early performance of the system. We don’t leave you to figure out new questions for yourself, and long after the go-live day is passed, we’re just a phone call or e-mail away.
